Honey bees have taken over hummingbird feeders.

What will deter them without harming the bees as they are very beneficial. I have bird feeders that are designed to make it hard for bees to dine on the sugar water but they still are getting some sweet water somehow.

I am also getting the honey bees. Right now there is a shortage of honey bees across the country. We really need them for pollination with our food etc. They get much more intrusive in the fall trying to fill their hive for the long winter. My hummingbirds get along fine with them. I just leave it alone and keep the feeders filled until freeze.
