How do I keep china berry trees from coming back?
I recently cut down a china berry tree but it keeps coming back at the trunk plus all over my yard! I have painted the trunk, chopped out roots and still they keep showing up. What can I do?

Once you cut into the rooting system, try a heavy dose of Roundup on the roots. I hate these too, but dont have a lot of success with eradicating them.
I think you have to treat it like I treated my brambles in my hedge. Because I could'nt "spray" weedkiller on the brambles, I could kill my hedge, I "painted" the maximum of leaves of the brambles with pure weedkiller.
After a battle of 3 years, I finally won. You have to get to the roots, otherwise it wil come back again.
Some gloves, a jar of undiluted weedkiller and a paintingbrush and, gosh, a lot of patience.....
