Elephant ear plants are poisonous if ingested. Wear gloves when handling, and do not touch your face, etc. Wash thoroughly afterward, as plants contain oxalic acid.
Bamboo is ridiculously invasive and should always be planted in a container where roots cannot escape. You will most likely have to carefully dig up the iris and lilies (after blooming), remove all growth/roots of elephant ears and bamboo, then replant iris/lilies.
