How do I keep white butterflies off of bok choy and cabbages?

Hi I am growing Bok Choy and cabbages .I would like to know a pesticide free idea for keeping the little pests from laying eggs and eating my produce. Thank you look forward to some replies.Julie

Maybey put moth balls in several large Mason jar next to ur plants!!??
