I can't seem to get rid of weeds in my garden bed with mulch?

Lay down a couple of layers of newspaper over the weeds and then cover that with mulch (woodchips etc.) Good luck!! -

I don't know if it's available in your area, but I put down Preen weed control. -

Preen works, have been using it for years and I only get a handful of weeds all summer. Can buy at all garden centers, big box stores or hardware stores -
