Garden's Alive has a product made of nematodes that a specific to destroying grubs. It's inexpensive and very effective to use for grub control. Remove the food source and the critters go elsewhere. Btw, killing grubs also cuts down on the Japanese Beetle population.

I used a mixture of Apple Cider Vinegar, Cayenne Pepper, and juice from garlic. And sprayed my yard. Worked wonders!
