I used a mixture of Apple Cider Vinegar, Cayenne Pepper, and juice from garlic. And sprayed my yard. Worked wonders!

If you have moles you also probably have voles as well, since the moles follow their tunnels. You need to get rid of the grubs that the voles eat. Garden's Alive has a product made of nematodes that a specific to destroying grubs. It's inexpensive and very effective to use for grub control. Remove the food source and the critters go elsewhere. Btw, killing grubs also cuts down on the Japanese Beetle population.

CatherineSmith is exactly right. the nematode is called. milky spore. You have to treat lawn twice a year for 3 years then the little critters protect you for 7-10 years after that. A bag treats 5,000 square feet and they are about $50 a bag. But what do you pay a lawn service and this is natural?
