I need to know what safe pesticide to use on mulberry tree?

Little bugs get on the fruit and it will start budding in February so want to safely use a pesticide now. Tree is 25 ft tall so hard to spray the tree when in bloom

yes I use Bonide all the time. Check Amazon

i use diatomaceous earth. Look it up, safe and easy to use.
