What can I do to the garden soil so I can plant again in spring ? It is to large to cover in plastic or burn

I don't understand your question! If you want to plant again in the spring, just turn over the soil next year. If your talking about the vines, soak the ground and let sit for about 3 hours, then pull them out. Good Luck!
