What can I do to keep little worms from harming my peaches and tree?

I tried contacting the Dept. of Agriculture in my state for advice, they sent me pamphlets that would take a PHD with Chemistry. I need plain language and products to protect the fruit. I do put a bug product on the ground around the tree and it does work to a degree, but the little worms fly on stings to the tree and never touch the ground. Thnks for any help you can give me.

Use a organic systemic insect control for fruit trees.
