Try citrus peels and citrus essential oils
Try spraying with the red pepper spray in my post here - http://www.hometalk.com/diy/outdoor/pest-repeller/save-your-garden-sprays-28593963..., you'll have to reapply each time after it rains. You could also put a rabbit fence up around them. That's what we do around our vegetable garden.

I've heard of human hair also. Another idea is to plant marigolds around the border. They don't like the smell.
there's a product called bitter apple,they sell it at Petsmart.i used it for my houseplants when i had cats.it tastes nasty,you have to re-spray if it rains. won't hurt your plants.after awhile they won't come back.
