Which is better? GRUBEX or Milky Spore??

Had a post this morning recommending to a neighbor Milky Spore works for years, as Grubs die and they release 10X the spores, so SOUNDS like Milky Spore is a better product. Any rationale or experience for one or the other?
Milky Spore article I read as follow up:

I had never heard of Milky Spore, until I read your question. It sounds like just what I need, due to it lasting 10 years. I have a huge yard and have fought moles for 3 years. Thank you very much for the information! I just ordered some from Amazon.

We had a serious Japanese beetle problem and used milky spore to treat our yard. It was EXPENSIVE (large yard) but it did put a sizeable dent in the beetle population! You do need to reapply regularly, though.
