How can I put wood tiles or deck on slightly sloped concrete patio?

The large patio outside my condo has a slight slope to help with drainage but it's ugly and I want to put a wood deck or interlocking deck tiles over it. the concrete is in 6 large slabs that are separated by slim wooden separates. One of the slabs in visibly higher than the others. is there a way to do this or should I take all the concrete out and start over?

The concrete is a great foundation. Don't remove it. You can put pavers directly on it, you can use teak or faux pavers. Let your fingers do a little walking on the web and you'll find all sorts of ideas placing over cement.
