How do I make edging to flower garden?

How do I make a beautiful edging to my front porch flower garden/bushes within reasonable budget. Currently it has black plastic edging I placed since I bought my house and it’s breaking now making it look bad! Any cheap easy ideas? Thanks

Thanks for your reply. Not very big just from a short parkway to the main door, maybe 20 feet. I like the idea of wine bottles but I don’t think our HOA allows that!
I went to goodwill stores and bought different saucers to outline one of many flower beds
Since you are limited to only stones or plastic, get some cement, add color to it (or colored glass discs/marbles) and put it in an old metal pan for a mold. Cheap, easy and unique.
Took a gardening class our instructor suggested trenching.
