How to restore my deck with $100 budget
My deck is quite old and in need of cleaning, stain but more importantly replacement of some wood. I have access to a power washer but more concerned with old wood!

This is a quite risky situation. All the boards should be replaced. What if someone was injured or worse?- See 2 previous

Replace the few boards needed then power wash and then get some all weather sealant to paint on. Comes in different colors of stain. Roll it on and let dry.
