What best paint to cement benches and bird bath?

I want to pain them white and dont want the cold weather to mess them up in years to come

Talk to your local home store, they can set you up with a paint designed for concrete and stone
I love the look of painted cement benches and statuary. I have had good results with water resistant masonry paint. You'll have to reapply after a few years. I did mine in 2011 and they're just now needing an update. There are several options: Drylok, Valspar Masonry Waterproof, Zinsser Watertight to name a few.
