Hello Christine, Rustoleum makes a paint intended to be used on plastic patio chairs. I think it would be your best option. It comes in assorted colors. Best of luck to you. -

There are several brands of paint made specifically for plastic that seem to get good reviews on outdoor items, however as these are spray paints it may be a bit pricey. Valspar makes a primer for plastic as well. How well it will hold up may depend on the prep work you do, as well as your weather. I hope you'll come back and show us before and after pictures! -

There are many different paint brands that are made specifically for plastic. I've used Rustoleum spray on some items and it has lasted really well. -
