Where is the lattice, and what kind of weather/climate is it most exposed to?
Olympic Elite is a paint/sealer you can get in any color imaginable and is an amazing product. I can't recall if it's Home Depot or Lowe's that sell it.
Will it be outside in the elements? If so, paint can pop off, and re-painting lattice can really be a hassle!
I used deck sealer. As long as its vertical and done on both sides, it will last many years.
