How can I change the color of black legs on parson chairs to match my brown wooden table. Don't want to just paint them brown.

Sand down and stain if they are painted black. If they are stained you will probably get into the integrity of the wood before you could remove the stain.

You can try staining them to match. Cover with at least 2 coats of varathane or varnish.

Do you have a leaf to the table? If so, now don't think I am crazy, bring it to your local home improvement store. They will match up the paint perfectly. You will only need a quart or less. Sand it down a little with 180 grit sand paper. If you have any kilz sealer, put that on first to seal the color in. They sell it in spray cans also.

I had a console I wanted to match a end table with. They matched them perfectly. Have fun!

You could lightly sand the kegs and paint them in the color of your choice. I used chalk paint to paint an old oak jewelry chest and it turned out great. It was quite easy. You can see the steps I followed here: http://momhomeguide.com/chalk-painted-jewelry-chest/
