How can I cut a cabinet down from 24 inches deep to 18” deep?
It’s a free-standing tall cabinet made of 1/2” OSB. I want to make it skinnier so I can use it in a handicapped bathroom (hubby has MS & occasionally needs a walker or wheelchair).

I would have to see pics of the cabinet from the outside sides and the inside back areas before i could answer your question
Very carefully, by hand saw, cut all excess off the back. And if you want it to exactly 18" you are best to cut it to 18 and 1/32 to rasp and file off any excess and burrs by hand.
