find where the material is attached and pull the nails or staples holding it in place. Do you want to recover it in different fabric? Or do something entirely different? If you want to recover it, just get fabric large enough to cover and reattach. If you want to do something totally different please post a pic so we can give you ideas.Helpful Reply -
