Clean and spray paint tit with Rustoleums @x for plastic, apply two lights coats allowing each to dry, then Seal it with a clear UV protectant
scrub it well, get all the dirt off. Let it dry. There are paints - in spray cans for plastic. My formerly white table went red.
Hello. You could paint it, or use stencils and paint a pattern. You could also purchase a piece of wood and put that on top for a new look.
