No fumes and can only use on interior items. Not recommended for heavy used items that get washed often like kitchen tabletops, counters or cabinets. I think Rustoleum has the best product plus any stand alone paint store can mix up just about any color. They also make a top clear coat, easier and more durable than wax. Also very affordable.

Yes you can use inside. Fumes are depending on the paint because chalk paint is regular paint with an additive. See the attached recipe.
