You can dip items into a tub or bowl of water to which you've just sprayed paint onto the surface. Use multiple colors if you want and quickkly swirl the paints together and dip the item into the water. and slightly twirl to cover the item. Quickly remove the item and let dry. The results will vary depending on the paint colors used and each piece will turn out differently. It is great fun! This process can also be done with nail polish. You can also mask certain areas off so no paint will adhere for a cool color blocking/marbelizing effect on objects. Have fun!!

Hi Pam, you can also do something similar using nail polish - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-pXiA-JuNZs
Fill your container WITH WATER, AND THEN SPRAY YOUR PAINT ONTO THE SURFACE. Dip your vase into the container . The paint will cling, take out and turn up to dry onto a covered area that won't spoil if drips go on it.
