If you are going to paint your countertop yes you can use Giani counter kit. But you cannot paint your sink if it is all in one. -

I did a concrete overlay on mine and I'm so happy with the results. My counters were probably quartz and looked like balogna before. Now they're gorgeous! https://www.semiglossdesign.com/how-to-install-concrete-overlay-countertops -
