Paint really won't stick to porcelain or glass unless its, baked on. Look at the you tube video on how to paint wine glasses. Shows you how to paint on glass.
Hi. If you are painting the outside of the creamer and sugar you can use any paint that adheres well to glass. Most paints adhere well to dishes. I would try something like a Fusion Mineral Paint, Country Chic Paint or Annie Sloan. You shouldn't have a problem with any of them adhering. I would keep the paint to the outside though that way you can continue to wipe out the inside.
Annie Sloan Chalk Paint is non toxic and will adhere to your creamer and sugar containers. :)
Unicorn Spit is food safe. You might be better off with a glass paint you can bake off in the oven, though.
