Any idea what material the ceiling is? I would clean if possible then see how well it worked.
Has the problem been corrected that caused the stains?
Mix powdered oxygenated cleaner like OxyClean or Awesome Orange (my favorite) in a bucket of water. Soak and rub with an old t-shirt. Should clean right up!
The video Janet Pizaro provided looks like any easy thing to try. Be sure to cover everything you dont want bleached. You can paint fabric/carpet with upholstery paint only. I suggest youtube for videos where you can see the prep, the work involved and the outcome. Hope this helps
Are you cleaning ceiling or carpet...I'm confused!
I believe I would get in touch with the RV maker and see if they can tell you how to clean it. Ours is more like the walls and can be cleaned with a damp rag or we could paint. I'm sorry but I'm stumped on this. I do, however, wish you good luck with conversation with maker.
