Can I paint my popcorn ceiling?
I have been painting my walls and notice that my ceiling looks yellowish. Can I paint this ceiling as well? I'm up for any ideas
Yes, I'm sure you could paint most anything. Prep it in the proper way and it should work well.
If you have popcorn or shiny speckled ceilings, see if you can change them to drywall or another good ceiling material. Add more insulation and modern lighting. You may even have room for a modern chandelier. Ceiling paint today runs from black to white, with soft gray being trendy. Bless you 😇
If this manufactured home is an older used home, I recommend removing the "popcorn" texture before you move in. If you have already moved in I would proceed with painting. Our painter spray painted the ceiling so as to keep the amount of paint applied at a minimum.
I think its a matter of your preference and no one else recommendation
Yep paint. Treat it just as any ceiling. My daughter had a manufactured home. Painted the ceiling.
