I have always used E6000 for most things but have found it does not hold well on painted surfaces. Any suggestions?

I tried super glue, that didn't hold up. I ended up trying hot glue as a last resort and guess what? It held the best on my painted trim.

Depending on what your gluing, you might want to try Liquid Nails. It's inexpensive and seems to hold up well.
  • Gorilla glue. follow the directions and you will have an incredible bond. I use the Gorilla wood glue now on furniture and I use the regular Gorilla Glue for most other things. Just be careful because it does expand!

What about regular gorilla glue? I'm in a time crunch and don't have time to go get gorilla wood glue. I'm just making a small little wooden frame and wanting to blue letters and crayons on the frame. But I have to finish it tonight LOL
