I would fill them up and let the kids have at it LOL how old do your adult Act sometime they act like children don't they have lots of fun
Hi Deresa: You could blow them up, cover them with some cheese cloth (the dollar store has it in stock now) and make little ghosts to hang in your trees or give out to the kids who come trick or treating. Or, if they are different colours, you could blow them up, put them on sticks and have a bunch of balloon flowers.
