How do you replace the wire screen on home foundation air vents?

I just added another layer of hardware cloth to mine. I cut them big enough to make a 1/2 inch 90 degree bend and still make a tight friction fit in the openings.

Measure the vents. Most likely the hardware store sells the entire screen w/ frame to replace.
