Ours cracked at top corner, we tried what we thought was a good glue but it didn't hold. So far, we have just left it. Sorry I was no help. Hope you find a solution.
You should replace the microwave. If they are cracked, it could be dangerous. You can get them very reasonably at Walmart and other retailers for under $40.
