Hello, I live in an older mobile home and I use bubble wrap on my windows and I have caulked all cracks that I could get to. Unfortunately I could not find an easy and inexpensive way to insulate the walls. They do make a blow in foam that you drill holes and fill in the walls. Here is a link to a product called handy foam.

If you have paneling or wall panels on the outside walls, the easiest thing would be to remove them as carefully as possible, add bat insulation, put up a vapor barrier and re-install panels. Years ago, we owned a mobile home and we also insulated the floors from underneath, since we found it was also inadequate. We then installed black paper to cover the insulation. We also tightened up the skirting to make sure we didn't get any visitors underneath and to cut down on air infiltration. It all really helped. There's not much you can do about the ceiling unless you are re-doing it. Here are some helpful links:

The first thing is to put skirting around the bottom. If you can't do that, use straw bales. It is amazing how much warmer just doing that will keep it warmer.
