I had to look up what this meant. FRP is Feberglass Reinfornced Plastic. This link will give you some ideas on what to do.

You would need FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Panel) adhesive. Use a grooved trowel and put the adhesive on the wall. Then apply the panel to the wall. You can use a piece of 2X4 and go over the panel to adhere it. Do not use any other adhesive as it may not hold and affect the panel.
