    Call in the professionals to do it for you, alone at least give you a price to do it, you can ask at the time what they would intend doing, and from that judge if you could do it yourself or not........

    From the outside is best. If you don't want to dig up your yard then sealing the inside wall is your only option. If you just have a small amount of moisture, move everything away from the walls, at least 4 inches clean and spray with mold killer and set a fan up to circulate your air 24-7 If you have a lot, then sealing the wall after it is cleaned helps but use the fan also

      UGL has a product called Drylock, Thoroseal has a powder that you mix and paint on, There are a number of different brands, some premixed some powder and most work really well or as good as they can on whatever the surface prep. allows. Good prep is 1/2 the job
