Garage Door Remote control....

My garage door automatic remote allows me to shut my garage door, but it doesn't let me open the garage door. Does this have to do with cold weather?

Mine has been wigging out in MI too only the opposite! Make sure you don’t have water pooling and icing the door closed. -

We had this same problem. My issue turned out to be batteries in the remote getting weak. Not sure why it needed more power to go one way and not the other way... -
