Have you replaced the batteries in them? That should help .
Clean the solar panel. Replace the rechargeable batteries.
Hi April! I usually try cleaning mine inside where the battery is. Sometimes a spider or other bug has nested in there (it's a mystery to me how they get in there!). Most of them unscrew or unsnap and there can be water, debris or corrosion that needs to be cleaned out. You may need a screwdriver and some Q-tips. Sometimes the batteries need replacing.
