Two of my GFCI outlets stopped working. Circuits are all on. Now what

    Have you pressed in the reset button on the outlet? Press it in as far as it can go until you hear a click.

    GFCI plugs go bad or get weak and no longer function properly. Probably the cheapest solution would be to just replace them. They're not that expensive 13 to $18 at Lowe's and Home Depot. Just be careful when you are replacing the wires on the swap out. There are two different positions on the screws one is line the other is load. The load is what comes from the breaker box. Mine is going from that GFCI to the rest of the plugs.

    Good point by Thecoolroofcompany that the GFCI plugs might just be worn out, and need to be replaced.

      Ah, yes,... the one that is hidden from view proves to be the key to the solution. Thanks for sharing that you needed to reset more than one GFC to fix the problem.
