Does anyone have any idea what it would cost to update wiring in about 1000 sq. ft. House?

  I had mine done on my current home, but that was 19 years ago and I am in CA where everything costs more.
  
  Get the bids then decide whether you can afford to have it done now, save up, or do it piecemeal which will cost more in the long run. If you are a senior, contact your Department on Aging and see what they can do to help.
