New innards. You can purchase batting and wrap whatever is inside cushion (foam). Or you can replace the foam. I would probably take one with me to an upholstery store to get their suggestions on type and get the best fit. No upholstery store try an upholsterer. Or do you best to measure and order online. Open up a seam and put more batting in it, or a piece of upholstery foam cut to size.
You could throw in dryers with a couple of tennis balls to fluff them up.
