great chairs but they have ripped away on seat my diy fix didn't last long,

🤗If they are worth it to you, just put a little more money in material, or have a pro do it. -

you need to put an out door canvas on them and when all is assembled treat the canvas with a water repellent. -

If you are going to do this again yourself, I would use canvas fabric for outsidelike a marine canvas, and put a woven nylon strip underneath those grommets to try and prevent it from pulling out. -
