Can you use a utinsil like a wooden spoon or a flat spatula to possibly move the item that is causing the problem. I try not to overfill mine so that this does not happen,,,
In our case, the track became jammed. I had to remove the door and only then was able to reset the track. Grateful we didn't have to call in service. Took about 10 minutes to complete. Still uncertain how this happened. Seems quite smooth now.
That was more than a year ago at my Mother-in-laws. I can't remember it the door had any screws or if I simply pulled up on it. I expect you will find out quickly with a look. Wasn't very complicated once that was accomplished
