How can I repair cabinets

My kitchen cabinets have the vinyl wrap vs paint on them. It is peeling in some areas. How can I repair?

Some of the vinyl wrap (thermofoil) on my cabinet doors has torn off and cannot be glued..... how to repair? -

You could peel off the rest of it, then paint the cabinets. Or if that’s too big of a project for you, they make a very strong contact paper that is meant for covering countertops...you could likely cover over them with that.
