How do I reconnect a kitchen cabinet hinge?




I was adjusting the hinge so that the cabinet doors aligned and it "disconnected." I have been unable to get it reconnected.

If the hole is to big put a small plug in it then screw in hinge so the screw is tight a plug is a small round plastic like tube you insert in the hole first then put the screw so it will tighten as you screw the screw in
can you post a picture of the hinge?
Put toothpicks in the hole, snap them off flush, reinstall your screw.
If it's a "cup" hinge, European concealed hinge.... The hinge arm on the door hooks to the outside of the mounting plate on the cabinet and snaps in to the back of the plate.

You could try filling the holes where it was with wood putty, then once it's completely dry sand it a bit to smooth the surface, then screw the hinge back into place
