Find a cabinet maker or woodworker with a planer. Take the top off the apron, and take in for a quote.
We did this last year by adding Liquid Nails to the legs/apron (with the top off), setting a THICK board that won't bend across the warped area and using bar clamps with clamp it down tight to get rid of the warp, and then driving screws up through the apron into the bottom of the table top to hold everything in place.
