Might be toast or you can take to a furniture doctor for repair. Chances are it needs to be at least partially taken apart to fix then put back together.
You have to open the seam that's right where it joins so you can access the inside. Then tighten screws and glue as needed to secure the two pieces together again. And then carefully ladder-Stitch the fabric back together.
With a little patience, you should be able to remove the stables in the back to get to the staples that hold the upholstery around the wing. It takes patience as not to rip the fabric. Once opened, you can easily reinforce it, and/or reattach using nails glue, or metal joints. Good luck.
