I don't know what you want to know. To clean, use Soft Scrub. Then use a wax, even car wax, on it. Buff and bring back the shine. Never use Brillo pads, Comet or any other abrasive cleanser. Prior to pouring the marble, the table on which it is poured is sprayed with a clear coat. Just like the clear coat that was sprayed on car paint to extend the paints life span. If after doing what I suggested above, get some clear coat cleaning compound from an auto store and gently polish. Then wax.
Make sure to seal with a top coat- http://www.hometalk.com/diy/kitchen-dining/kitchen-dining-furniture/faux-marble-painted-countertops-13687018?expand_all_questions=1
Faux Marble Painted Countertops
You have to seal it and then only use a non scratch cleaner.
