I went to auto glass shop and they cut the size and shape I needed! It is what I use on my kitchen table! It cost less than going to a window or glass cutting hardware store!
If replacement glass is too expensive -and youd consider a change-you could have wood cut ( you would finish paint or stain to your design asthetic) to your required dimensions to place inside the frame as an alternative.
