Clean the cut mark with a solvent or with soap and water. Some seam fillers can only adhere to surfaces after you clean them with solvent, so check the manufacturer's instructions to determine what your product needs. Open the windows for ventilation if you're working with a solvent.2
Rinse the surface with a sponge and clean water. Allow it to dry completely.

Cut off the tip of the seam filler tube's nozzle at a 45-degree angle with a utility knife. If the seam filler tube doesn't have a nozzle, squeeze some of the product onto a disposable plate. Stir it gently with a putty knife until it thickens.

Squeeze a bead of the seam filler into the cut mark or scrape it into the mark with the putty knife. After filling the cut, hold the putty knife perpendicular to it and pull the knife along the seam filler, smoothing it and removing the excess.

Wipe over the cut mark lightly with a damp sponge. Use the sponge to remove any excess filler from the surrounding laminate. Let the filler dry for 12 hours or the length of time specified by the manufacturer before using the laminate surface.
Lots of good answers. However, 1st step is to realize that the material isn't cut resistant and to always have a cutting board of some type on the counter.
