Stuff it with tiny tiny minnows
You're going to need to do some research on the internet or, if you have a garden pond business in town, visit them and ask questions. You will need a sealant that will work underwater and isn't toxic to fish or plants. There are a few out there, but don't buy just anything. It should come in a tube and be fairly easy to apply without draining the pond. You may need to wait until the water is within a certain temperature range before applying. Best of luck!
How about flex seal? I bought some paint especially for sealing cracks in ponds and pools. Unfortunately I haven't used it yet so can't recommend it, just suggesting it.
