How do I keep mud from splashing up on my vinal fence?

I have a white vinal fence that constantly has mud splashed up on the bottom when it rains. I've thought about placing rocks under it, but I don't want to make it look sloppy. HELP!!!

Can't you grow grass or other ground cover?
You could place pavers under it with gravel or sand in between each paver. Those vinyl fences are so pretty its a shame to have mud on them. Best wishes.
I think the rocks would be a good idea. Use some edging to create a straight line several inches out from your fence, place landscape fabric down, then rocks. It would be pretty, and the landscape fabric would also help keep the mud at bay. Hope this helps!
